Refund Policy For Tickets Purchased:

This is a wine trade only show.
The organisers will within 14 days of receipt of your application/registration and payment confirm your participation. Please note that only bona fide members of the wine trade will be allowed to attend and the organisers reserves the right to cancel and refund your ticket in full.
Communication regarding the above will be sent via e-mail, to the e-mail address you enter as part of your personal details.
The organisers will not enter into discussions regarding unsuccessful registration to attend CapeWine 2025.
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted entry to the show.
Cancellation policy – no refunds.
With the exception of staff from sponsor companies of CapeWine 2025, the event organisers will not permit entry to sales representatives from supplier companies.
